Neelum is a seasoned leader, having held prominent international positions across the health-tech, telecommunications, payments, aviation and HR tech sectors.


With over 20 years’ experience in senior commercial roles, her expertise lies in driving business-to-business growth through the creation of high-performance environments.


Neelum’s strategic mindset, diversity of thought and commercial acumen enables her to craft optimal organisational structures, design go-to-market frameworks, implement portfolio wins and foster team trust.


Before transitioning to consultancy and advisory roles, Neelum served in high-profile positions, including VP International at Headspace where she had end-to-end responsibility for a multi-market team covering all sales, client success, marketing and operational functions.


She has also held General Manager positions at American Express, Vodafone and Qantas, where at each organisation she delivered multi-million pound targets across EMEA, APAC and North America.


Neelum’s passion is working with mission-led scaling businesses on their journey to drive social change. 

CHARLIE

Charlie is a senior B2B SaaS marketer with 14 years’ experience and a background in journalism. He can manage and execute across all marketing pillars, with deep expertise in lead generation and product marketing.

He excels at building marketing functions from scratch, quickly grasping complex business offerings and distilling them into clear messaging. He then devises suitable go-to-market plans and wider marketing strategies to drive lead gen activities.

He is experienced in EMEA and global roles, working with regional sales teams to position products and devise bespoke marketing activities for the needs of diverse markets in the UK, DACH, Benelux, The Nordics and ANZ.​​

 

He is comfortable performing as a marketing team of one or as part of a larger marketing function, with experience at start-ups and working across timezones at larger international organisations.

Charlie has a particular interest in mental health and social impact work, and in his last three jobs he has marketed employee benefits to HR buyers in the mental health, coaching and fertility industries.
